How do I schedule an appointment?

To schedule an appointment click on "Quotes" on the top right side of this site. then click "Residential" answer the 3 questions and your quote will appear. Once it does click "book now" and set up your appointment.

Do I need to be home for the cleaning?

No, as we do not need to enter your home we can complete the cleaning when no nobody is home.

Do I need to turn my panels off for the cleaning?

No, this is not necessary. In fact it is kind of fun to watch your output increase as we clean them.

Why should I have my panels cleaned?

You are losing money when your panels are dirty because the dirt is blocking the sun. It will also lengthen the lifespan of your system.

How do I pay my bill?

If you are home during the appointment you can pay with cash, check, or credit card. If you are not, we will email you the invoice which you can pay using any major credit card or PayPal by clicking here, or you can mail us a check.

Will the cleaning void my warranty?

Not at all. In fact some warranty’s require regular cleaning.

When can I schedule an appointment?

After you get your quote by clicking here you can click "Book Now". You will then be asked for the two most convenient times for you. We will then contact you with the closed times we have available. We normally have at least one of your appointment times.

Can I hose my panels down?

No, this is a very common mistake. Please do not do this as you will be permanently damaging your panels. You can read more information on this page.
